Please update your firewall policy rules along with any upstream ACL(s) to allow the new IP address range to avoid any service disruption.

We recommend that you add the IP address ranges listed in the ‘Zscaler Aggregate IP Address Ranges’ section of the CENR page to your access lists, firewalls, and application white lists to avoid service disruption. The IPs from these ranges can be put in use by Zscaler for Web and Internet Application communication and dynamic service resolution.
