After conducting a comprehensive investigation, Zscaler has determined that the issue is not within the Zscaler network or our ISP's network. We kindly request customers to retest their connections and provide feedback on the status to their Zscaler support engineer. If any further issues arise, it is recommended to promptly raise a case with their respective ISP for resolution.
