Tenbin Labs - Founding Anchor Engineer (Solidity)
Tenbin Labs is looking for a founding smart contract engineer to architect and build Tenbin protocol. You will be working closely with leadership, our backend team, and our frontend team to create secure and efficient smart contracts.

Tenbin Labs is building a tokenized asset issuance protocol for Real World Assets (RWAs), starting with FX stables and commodities. Our system enables yield-bearing, composable assets that are swappable, liquidatable, and natively integrated across DeFi. Backed by $7M from top venture funds, exchanges, and market makers, we’re creating a capital-efficient framework where the marginal cost of issuing new assets approaches zero, unlocking seamless on-chain access to a broad range of exposures.
Our team brings deep expertise across traditional finance and crypto, with backgrounds at Spearbit, Flow Traders, and leading DeFi research groups.
What you will do
- Design and implement the core smart contract architecture for a novel tokenized asset protocol.Build robust, gas-efficient contracts that handle complex financial operations including versioned yield distribution, collateral management, and settlement mechanismsCollaborate with our backend team to ensure seamless integration between on-chain protocol logic and off-chain systemsWork closely with auditors and security researchers to ensure the highest standards of protocol security and reliabilityMentor and guide other smart contract engineers as we expand our protocol capabilities
Who you are
- You have deep expertise in Solidity and EVM-based smart contract development with a track record of shipping production protocolsYou excel at designing complex financial primitives and understand the nuances of DeFi protocol architectureYou are obsessed with security and have experience implementing advanced access controls, emergency mechanisms, and upgrade patternsYou can navigate the balance between gas optimization and code readability while maintaining the highest security standards
What you need to succeed
- 4+ years of experience in smart contract development with multiple production deploymentsExpert-level Solidity skills with deep understanding of EVM internals, gas optimization, and advanced contract patternsExtensive experience with DeFi protocols including yield farming, liquidity provision, and tokenomics designStrong financial knowledge involving complex settlement logic, collateral management, and multi-asset systemsHands-on experience with smart contract testing frameworks (Foundry) and formal verification tools like CertoraDeep understanding of protocol security including common attack vectors, access control patterns, and emergency response mechanismsExperience with proxy patterns, upgradeability, and governance mechanismsExperience with oracle integration and price feed security

- Understanding of derivatives and hedging mechanismsKnowledge of MEV protection and transaction ordering considerationsBackground or strong interest in traditional finance or commodities marketsPrevious experience building tokenized asset protocolsExceptional learning abilityCommunicate fluently in EnglishBe curious and creative
