Unitaware.com and 10Billion.org are hosting a free, one-day, invite-only conference for ~40 founders, researchers, activists, and investors focused on responsible innovation, impactful projects, and sustainable performance. The event will launch a new Berlin Hub for long-term collaboration.
Hi LW community! We are bringing together a curated group of ~40 high-agency people for a full day of focused talks, structured networking, and collaborative problem-solving in Berlin. For those attending the LWCW in Berlin soon, half of our orga team and some of the confirmed speakers & attendees will be there to chat about the conference as well.
This is not a standard conference. Our goal is to connect builders, thinkers, and supporters who are serious about their impact on the world. We will move beyond abstract discussions to generate concrete outcomes. Every participant will leave with a specific “Next-Step Commitment” and a peer accountability partner to ensure ideas translate into action.
The event is volunteer-organized and free of charge. Our goal is to maximize value for attendees and seed a robust community.
Core Themes:
- Driving Impact: How do we turn ideas into projects and products that are genuinely useful and scalable?Building Responsibly: How do we effectively measure, guide, and safeguard the impact of new technologies? This includes a talk on influencing our AGI-impacted future.Well-being and Performance: How do we build sustainable, high-performance cultures and avoid burnout while working on demanding problems?

Launch of the Unitaware + 10Billion Berlin Hub:
This conference will launch our new Berlin Hub, a community designed to foster long-term collaboration. The Hub will be built on curated meetups, project co-creation, and a supportive peer ecosystem. Conference attendees will get fast-track access to the Hub and our global network of over 250 members.
