Stephen King likes to split his time on social media between slamming Donald Trump and recommending horror movies, including those that are based on his own stories.
His latest? Writer/director Michael Shanks' Together, a body horror about a struggling couple (real life couple Dave Franco and Alison Brie) who start quite literally getting stuck to one another.
"Dave Franco and Alison Brie are great--and brave--in TOGETHER," King wrote on X (formerly Twitter) on Monday. "Horror movies work when you care about the people. This one works."

It's worth noting that Mashable's Kristy Puchko wasn't quite as unambiguous in her praise of the film.
"To the credit of Shanks, what he has scripted is a compelling tale of co-dependency with a mix of the occult and body horror," she wrote in her review. "Together is a wickedly entertaining movie. But watching it in the wake of The Substance, Sinners, Bring Her Back, and 28 Years Later, it's not a winner, but an also-ran."
