JinkoSolar has celebrated the milestone of 200GW shipment of its n-type TOPCon Tiger Neo panels delivered to 168 countries on July 22. On the same day, according to Solarbe, a well-known industry media report, JinkoSolar ranked No.1 in H1 2025 global panel shipment, making a solid track record, underscoring the wide availability of the TOPCon platform. 

But this is just a start. The company consistently sets new benchmarks in panel performance, with their latest Tiger Neo 3.0 delivering significant power and efficiency over previous generations' benchmarks. TOPCon-based Neo 3.0 module is showing industry top performance in front-side power (650-670Wp), efficiency and rear side bifacility up to 90%.

TOPCon Tiger Neo platform undergoes continuous cell development, racking up performance and feature improvements on a monthly basis. In the latest round, Neo 3.0 offerings saw leaps and bounds in performance gains in all aspects. It delivered up to 30 watts more mainstream power over the previous generation, 10-15% more bifacility and much better low-light performance that result in 2-3% yield gain over XBC panels, underscoring the added value customers get over time from their investment in the Neo 3.0 offerings.

Neo 3.0 showed the versatility and leading performance of TOPCon platforms — extending from the front side to the rear side and edge — in all of the benchmark scenarios, supercharging the most innovative solar-powered applications.  

The newest Neo 3.0 products are expected to gain more popularity than their previous generation as a way to bring more versatility to deployments, as they are capable of addressing a wide variety of application challenges and performing better practically than theoretically. They are more efficient since they only activate more power kWh per square meter and per day — meaning they generate much more and much longer than panels of a similar size.
