As Europe accelerates its clean energy transition, there is growing demand for high-performance, sustainable PV products that align with regional priorities, including advanced technology with proven reliability, ESG leadership, and transparent supply chains.
At Intersolar Europe 2025, JinkoSolar, a vertically integrated PV company commitment to ESG principles, with operations spanning silicon wafer production to panel assembly, will showcase its Tiger Neo series modules and ESS solutions. The display modules and ESS solutions can be classified based on application scenarios.
Tiger Neo modules
Leveraging its upgraded TOPCon technology with its HOT 3.0 cell, and featuring metallization enhancement (ME) and smart multi-busbar (20BB) technology, JinkoSolar is set to highlight its Tiger Neo module portfolio, designed for a wide range of applications.
Residential and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) applications
Addressing the needs of Europe’s DG and C&I consumers, the company will highlight 48-cell and 54-cell-based dual-glass panels, both commercially available in monofacial and bifacial formats. According to the company website, these include the 48HL4M-BDV series (bifacial), 48HL4M-DV (monofacial), 54HL4R-B (all black monofacial), 54HL4R-(V) (monofacial), and 54HL4M-BDV (bifacial).
The 48HL4M-BDV bifacial series features 96 HOT 3.0 n-type half-cut cells and delivers up to 470 W of power with 23.52% efficiency. Its monofacial counterpart, the 48HL4M-DV, offers slightly higher performance — up to 475 W and 23.77% efficiency.
Both models measure 1,762 × 1,134 × 30 mm, are laminated with 2 mm + 2 mm front and rear glass, and weigh 24 kg, making them ideal for DG installations. The bifacial version is engineered for extreme weather conditions, supporting static mechanical loads of up to 6,000 Pa (front) and 4,000 Pa (rear). Both versions come with a 15-year product warranty and a 30-year performance warranty.
The 54-cell counterpart includes 54HL4R-B (all black monofacial), 54HL4R-(V) (monofacial), and 54HL4M-BDV (bifacial) series models. The monofacial models, 54HL4R-B, assembled with 108 HOT 3.0 half-cut cells, offer a power output and an efficiency of up to 460 W and 23.02%, respectively. Both models, with dimensions of 1,762 × 1,134 ×30 mm and laminated with 3.2 mm-thick front glass, weigh 21 kg. Notably, 54HL4M-BDV, the larger size (1,961 × 1,134 × 30 mm) bifacial model and comprising 108 HOT 3.0 half-cut cells, offers a power output of up to 520 W and an efficiency of up to 23.38%, according to the company’s datasheet.
All the 54 cell-based modules come with a performance warranty of up to 30 years, while the product warranty for all black versions is 25 years, and the rest is 15 years.
Utility-Scale Applications
For utility-scale installations, JinkoSolar will showcase its JKMxxxN-66HL4M-BDX series module, featuring 132 HOT 3.0 half-cut cells, with a maximum power output of 650 W and 24.06% efficiency, according to the company’s datasheet.
Engineered specifically for large-scale applications, the module measures 2,382 × 1,134 × 30 mm, is laminated with 2 mm-thick front and rear glass, and weighs 32.4 kg. To withstand extreme environmental conditions such as snow and wind, it is certified to endure static mechanical loads of up to 5,400 Pa on the front and 2,400 Pa on the rear. JinkoSolar backs this module with a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year performance warranty.
Storage Solutions
JinkoSolar will also highlight its energy storage offerings at Intersolar Europe 2025.
For utility-scale scenarios, the company will present its Jinko ESS 5 MWh solution, housed within a 20-foot container. Powered by Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO₄) battery cells, the system features advanced liquid cooling and cell balancing technologies. For enhanced fire safety, the integrated Battery Management System (BMS) includes an automated ‘detect and respond’ fire protection mechanism.
Additionally, Jinko will highlight its SunGiga series, designed for Commercial and Industrial (C&I) applications. This system includes a 100 kW battery bank utilizing LFP battery chemistry, a power conversion system (PCS), and a BMS, delivering up to 215 kWh of stored energy.
Jinko will unveil its innovative and upgraded product lineup at its booth in Hall A1 from May 7–9, 2025.
