Zscaler is updating cloud applications on April 27, 2024 and recommends that administrators review their ZIA policies that use cloud applications.
What is changing?
Zscaler updates cloud application categories, names, risk index , risk attribute values and domains based on the latest available Zscaler ThreatLabZ information, as well as supporting information from developers and SaaS providers. Zscaler is updating the risk index for the following cloud applications across all Zscaler clouds.

When is the update scheduled?
Deployment is expected to complete for all clouds by April 27, 2024
What are my next steps?
Zscaler does not expect the cloud application changes to negatively impact customer security posture. However as a general security best practice, Zscaler recommends that administrators regularly review and update any policies as required.
