Zscaler teams have implemented necessary changes in order to mitigate issues and recover admin UI, authentication, client connector registration and SIPA services. As these core services have been recovered for a majority of the cloud the team is still working to sync a small number of nodes across the cloud which should be completed shortly.
Currently cloud weblogs are in the process of syncing and catching up, we expect to see logging recover shortly. In order to speed up the sync and recovery process the admin UI has temporarily been put into read only mode, full access to the admin UI will be available shortly.

Zscaler teams have implemented the required changes to address the issues and restore important services, including Admin UI, Authentication, Client Connector Registration, SIPA and WebLogs. These services have been fully recovered for the majority of the cloud, with only a few remaining nodes undergoing synchronization, which will be completed shortly. Zscaler confirms that the synchronization and catching up of the cloud weblogs have been completed, and logging functionality is now restored. The Admin UI is now available for Admins to review and update their organizations configurations as needed.

Zscaler has effectively resolved the issues reported by a subset of customers regarding the client connector login. We have received positive feedbacks from multiple customers, confirming the successful mitigation of the issue.
