Iyuno announced the appointment of Joseph Brandifino as Vice President of Security, strengthening its commitment to protecting digital content and media assets. With two decades of experience across the public and private sector, to include leading global security initiatives at Netflix, Brandifino brings unparalleled expertise in cybersecurity, content protection, and risk management.

In his new role, Brandifino will oversee Iyuno’s comprehensive security strategy, including the protection of sensitive content, ensuring the success of physical and cybersecurity initiatives, and complying with global standards. He will lead a cross-functional team to mitigate risks and prevent unauthorized access to the company’s assets and media workflows.
In addition, Brandifino will help strengthen Iyuno’s security culture, reinforcing security as a core value across all departments. This will involve enhancing ongoing training programs and raising awareness, ensuring that employees at all levels are well-equipped to proactively address evolving security challenges.
Brandifino’s background also includes time with the Central Intelligence Agency, where he managed national security operations and provided high-level advice on counterterrorism. He holds advanced degrees in Public Policy, Business Administration, and Artificial Intelligence from Harvard University, Yale University, and the University of Oxford respectively, and has received numerous accolades for his work in global security.
