Job Description
Location: US/Remote, Bay Area and Boston Preferred
Internship Period: 6 months (starting time around January 2025), at least 3 days per week
Key responsibilities include:
Conduct industry research and analysis on potential investment projects
Build financial models and perform valuation analyses
Assist in composing investment memorandums and other deal deliverables
Qualifications
We are looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals with:
Passionate about investment and strong interest in AI/Crypto/SaaS
Strong academic record, Computer Science/AI/Data Science backgrounds preferred
Second year standing (for grad school), PhD candidates preferred
Experience in top-tier VC firms, big tech firms, tech start ups are preferred
Independent and Critical thinking, solid research skills, and effective corporation capabilities
Other requirements:
Fluent in English and Chinese speaking and writing
Skills with Python/ SQL /PyTorch/TensorFlow is a plus

主要职责包括：
进行行业研究和潜在投资项目分析
建立财务模型并进行估值分析
协助撰写投资备忘录和其他交易文件
任职要求
我们正在寻找积极主动、注重细节的候选人，要求：
对投资充满热情，对AI/加密货币/SaaS领域有浓厚兴趣
优秀的学术背景，优先考虑计算机科学/AI/数据科学背景
研究生二年级在读，优先考虑博士候选人
优先考虑顶级风投公司、大型科技公司、科技创业公司工作经验
具备独立思考能力和批判性思维，扎实的研究能力，以及良好的团队协作能力
其他要求：
英语和中文口语及写作流利
掌握Python/SQL/PyTorch/TensorFlow者优先
