At the X4 Summit, eight companies stood apart from the crowd by revealing their true business value through exceptional CX and EX initiatives. They were bold, creative, and honest about their XM efforts, and that was visible in the way they reaped benefits from investing in XM solutions to build human connections for their businesses. “Making businesses more human using AI” emerged as the highlight of the event showcasing how Qualtrics customers and product leaders are working with powerful new capabilities of the XM Platform. Powered by Qualtrics AI, an XM-specific AI specialized in human connection and purpose-built to get you closer to your customers and employees. For years together organizations have attributed their success to delivering high-quality customer experience (CX) in the physical and digital realms. At Qaultrics X4 Summit, we witnessed the role employees play in taking CX efforts to new heights. New technologies can now support customer-facing employees to collect, track, and analyze conversations and sentiments for personalizing CX across different touchpoints.
Now this is something exciting, Cloudflare detailed their upcoming advancements in real-time telemetry with amazing features. It detects suspicious traffic and user activity as they traverse their network. The new AI ML suite will detect malicious payloads, suspicious activity, and possible signs of compromise. Cloudflare for Unified Risk Posture is a new suite of risk management solutions introduced today by industry leader Cloudflare, Inc. These solutions aim to make it easier for organizations to detect, assess, and manage cyber threats in any setting. Customers can eliminate manual processes and gain a more complete picture of cyber risks to effectively remediate them, all from a single platform, thanks to Cloudflare’s rich security suite, which includes capabilities from Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) and application security, as well as best-in-class partnerships with CrowdStrike and other leading endpoint and identity management providers.

Disappointed by the slow pace of adoption of Artificial Intelligence at the workplace, employees are taking things into their own hands. Employees are taking (full) ownership of their AI plans by bringing their own AI tools to the workplace, sometimes, keeping things under cover and hidden from their employer. According to the latest Microsoft-LinkedIn report, 78% of AI users admitted that they bring their own AI devices to work. 52% of this new community of proactive AI users admitted they are reluctant to reveal they are using the technology for their most important tasks. BYOAI is more common in small and medium-sized organizations, where 80% of employees bring their own AI devices. If you thought Gen Z or millennial workers are doing it, then “No”– this BYOAI trend cuts across all generations, found the new research.
